رِندانِ فرانسیس کا میخانہ
سلامت
پُر ہے مئے گُلرنگ سے ہر شیشہ
حلَب کا
ہے خاکِ فلسطیں پہ یہودی
کا اگر حق
ہسپانیہ پر حق نہیں کیوں
اہلِ عَرب کا
مقصد ہے مُلوکیّتِ انگلِیس
کا کچھ اور
قصّہ نہیں نارنج کا یا شہد
و رُطَب کا

pur hai

khaak-e-falasteen pah yahoodi ka agar haq
haspaaniah
per haq nahin kyun ahl-e-arab ka
maqsad hai
mulookiyyat-e-inglees ka kuch aur
qissah
nahin naaranj ka yaa shahd-o-rutab ka

If Jews
have a claim to the Palestinian soil,
Why do Arab
not have a claim to Spain?
