Day is being observed today. This day is celebrated every year on March 8, with
the aim of establishing gender equality in the world, celebrating women's
achievements and empowering them in all walks of life. On this day, the
extraordinary role of women in almost every sphere of life is also highlighted
and the deeds of courage and determination of ordinary women are also
celebrated. The theme of this year is: 'Women in Leadership in the World of
Code 19' Achieving an Equitable Future. ”The central government has given high
priority to women's empowerment and has taken a number of steps, including
access to education, improved hygiene and improved gender sensitivity. The
scheme has prevented the trend of elimination of girls by finding out their
gender before birth and has ensured the survival and protection of girls. The
government has also enacted a law to protect the rights of Muslim women related

has been abolished. Prime Minister Ajola Yojana has provided free cooking gas
to women. Now they do not have to go to the forests to get firewood for
