शायर-ए-मशरिक़: अल्लामा मोहम्मद इक़बाल

इस बात की गवाह है तुर्बत-ए-बतूल की,
नाराज़ कलमा गो से है बेटी-ए-रसूल की।

इक़बाल जिस से राज़ी नहीं बिन्त-ए-मुस्तफ़ा,
उस कलमा गो ने सारी इबादत फ़ुज़ूल की।

Poet of the East: Allama Muhammad Iqbal

 Is baat ki gawah hai turbat-e-Batool ki,
Naaraaz kalma-go se hai beti Rasool (SAW) ki,
Iqbal jis se raazi nahi bint-e-Mustafa (SAW),
Us kalma-go ne saari ibaadat fuzool ki.

 The grave of Hazrat Fatimah (RA) testifies this truth —
The daughter of the Prophet (PBUH) is displeased with the one who merely recites the Kalma (creed),

If the daughter of Mustafa (PBUH) is not pleased with someone,
Then all of that person's worship is in vain.
