The Sacrifice of Karbala: Deep Poetry on Youm-e-Ashura

 

غریبِ کربلا کا یہ فداکارانہ جذبہ تھا
کہ جس نے دینِ احمد کو نئی اک زندگی بخشی

نہ جھکایا سر کبھی باطل کے آگے یا حسینؓ تم نے
تمہاری اس شجاعت نے دلوں کو روشنی بخشی

عاشورہ کا دن ہمیں یہ سبق سکھاتا ہے
حق کی خاطر مٹ جانا ہی اصل بندگی ہے

करबला की खाक पर जो खून बहाया हुसैन ने
मिटते हुए इस्लाम को फिर से जिंदा कर दिया
ज़ुल्म के आगे कभी न झुकाया अपना सर
हक की खातिर अपना सब कुछ फ़िदा कर दिया
आशूरा का दिन देता है हमें यही पैगाम
मज़लूम के साथ खड़े रहना ही सच्चा धर्म है

On the burning sands of Karbala, a sacrifice was made,
A timeless stand against oppression, where pure blood was laid.

Imam Hussain stood tall and firm, refusing to bow to might,
Illuminating the darkest path with truth’s eternal light.

Ashura reminds our heavy hearts, when shadows try to grow,
To stand for justice, face the wrong, and let the truth bestow.
