Dartd huun dekh kar dil-e-be-arzu ko main
Sunsan ghar ye kyuun na ho mehman to gaya
Hosh o havaas o taab o tavan 'Daagh' ja chuke
Ab ham bhi jaane vaale hain samaan to gaya
I am afraid to see my heart without a desire

Senses and understanding, endurance and
strength are lost Daagh
