अब मिरा होश में आना तिरी रुस्वाई है
वक़ार-ए-ख़ून-ए-शहीदान-ए-कर्बला की क़सम
यज़ीद मोरचा जीता है जंग हारा है
क़त्ल-ए-हुसैन अस्ल में मर्ग-ए-यज़ीद है
इस्लाम ज़िंदा होता है हर कर्बला के बाद
तौहीद तो ये है कि ख़ुदा हश्र में कह दे
ये बंदा ज़माने से ख़फ़ा मेरे लिए है
न नमाज़ आती है मुझ को न वज़ू आता है
सज्दा कर लेता हूँ जब सामने तू आता है
The whole world thinks that it's a
transaction,
Now, regaining consciousness is your
disgrace.
By the oath of the blood of Karbala's
martyrs,
Yazid won the battle, while Hussain
was defeated.
The murder of Hussain is, in reality,
the death of Yazid.
Islam remains alive after every
Karbala.
The true testimony is when God
proclaims in the Hereafter,
'This individual is displeased with
the world for my sake.'
I don't feel inclined to pray, nor do
I manage ablution,
I prostrate when You come before me.
